The book Pagans and Christians in Late Antique Rome: Conflict, Competition, and Coexistence in the Fourth Century, edited partly by our faculty member Marianne Sághy and published by Cambridge University Press, was launched by professor Arnaldo Marcone (Universita Roma Tre), one of the best experts of Late Antique Rome.

Our PhD student published a paper in the Journal of the Royal Asiatic Society

We are proud to announce that one of our PhD students, Stephen Pow published an article in the prestigious Journal of the Royal Asiatic Society. Stephen writes his dissertation on the Mongol Invasions of Europe in the thirteenth century.

Gábor Klaniczay awarded the 2016 International Prize for History CISH

We are proud to our faculty member, Gábor Klaniczay for the International Price for History CISH which he recieved for the excellence of its works. The award was delivered during the General Assembly of the CISH in September, 2017 in Moscow.
