We are proud to announce that Giacomo Mariani was awarded the Academic Achievement Award for doctoral students. His research focuses on Roberto Caracciolo da Lecce’s sermons as a source for religious and intellectual history of late fifteenth-century Italy.
The Award for advanced PhD students were earned by Anna Kónya (research field: late Gothic wall painting in Transylvania) and Christopher Mielke (research area: the archaeology of medieval Hungarian queenship).
