Course Description: 

The course offers essential, deeply practical strategic management tools to allow participants to take up diverse leadership roles in the broadly understood creative industry sector. Working in groups, students will be asked to design a comprehensive strategy map for a real-life cultural organisation of their choosing. This practicum will be guided and assisted by a series of conversation- and case-based sessions introducing state-of-the-art tools of strategic design, mapping, communication, and implementation in a knowledge-intensive setting.
